This is a basic human need and most people don't get enough of it. (Clean up lockeroom)
- RESPECT - You must give respect to gain respect. The players work with you not for you for a common goal. (It doesn't mean treating everyone alike) FAIRNESS is giving people the treatment they earn and deserve.
- WALK your TALK
Pride in EXCELLENCE is the key motivator.
This comes when you give respect. LISTEN - Really listen to each other, coaches and players.
- PEER PRESSURE, to belong, to follow the crowd - You know what's right - don't let someone else decide for you.
