60 - 30 - 10
This is powerful SRK. When we really understand it an apply these dynamic positive habits to ourselves, we immediately counter that negative 60% that causes individuals and teams to beat themselves. As you can see, they are all under our control. Here they are.

GAME WEEK PREPARATION

NEGATIVE HABITS - THE MINUSES
1. Going to practice with a Have to Mindset. Easily     distracted. Bored with repetition.
2. Average effort and attention in the execution of     Fundamentals and Systems of Play distracted.
3. Minimum effort in improving and maintaining     levels of fitness.
4. Overly concerned with self at expense of     teammates and coaches (in mirror room).
POSITIVE HABITS - THE PLUSES
1. Going to practice each day with an empty cup     and eager mindset.
2. Giving best shot in practice of fundamentals and     systems of play.
3. Giving second effort in every phase of practice     to improve and maintain high levels of fitness.
4. Goalsetting to share and care about teammates     and coaches by affirming and encouraging them     (in Window Room.) Spend time together off the     field.

These negative thought patterns and action habits lead to the six primary causes of how teams beat themselves in the game. They are:

  1. Penalties
  2. Turnovers
  3. Busted Assignments
  4. Fatigue
  5. Poor Choices
  6. Psych Games
When these negative habit areas are changed into positives as outlined above and by being prepared, focused and Clutch Player ready at Game Time, Big Mo and his 10% will join our team. We then control close to 70% of each game we play.

Winning on the scoreboard is simply a by-product of our EXCELLENCE which results from the habit of our giving it our BEST SHOT over and over and over again. The 60-30-10 Rule validates the continous high level performace of the driver in his Blue Car. WOW!
