You now drive a ways down the beach and come upon a huge rock formation - it must be over 300 feet high and at least 100 feet wide with much smaller pointed rock formations around it (much like the needles and haystack at Canon Beach). It sits out in the water some 75 yards from the beach. The ocean is now at low tide so you walk out to the rock in water that is less than knee deep.
