| Each one of us has our own personal ID Card. It identifies who we really are. The four borders around the card can represent the four dimension of our life. |

The left border represents the physical dimension, our appearance, health fitness and citality. The top border is our mental dimension. It is our mind's eye computer, our information station. It controls our actions and reactions from our storehouse of knowledge and life expreiences. The right border is our social-emotional dimension. It is our relationships with our family, friends and others in our lives. It is also our feelings and responses to the highs and lows, ups and downs of life. The bottom border of our I.D. card is the SPIRITUAL dimension of our lives. This one is our belief and relationship with God or a Supreme Being. This border of the card is divided into four-quarter segments, much like the four quarters of a football game. |
